All it signifies to me is that these guys don't know how to operate in this corporate environment. Very very amateurish in my opinion.

Eagle. . .I remember it the same way you do. Nice post!
Unfortunatly, as I've said before, many were hoping to
make a bundle very quickly. I have always thought this
would be a long play. Nice properties - nice potential.
Just gotta be patient.

Eagle777 ..... Great Comment.
Well said Eagle.
Ken is human too.
When people started swearing at him and called him a liar.
that's not fair and rude beyond belief.
Some wanted quickies by flipping,
some wanted overnight success with their investment,
Maybe KATX is not meant for that sort of investing.
Can't really call flipping investing, just gambling.
I have old relatives who bought Boeing decades ago and
those shares are still in the family trust.
They have enjoyed the dividends from Boeing ever since.
That is investing for the future.
Ken wants to be successful more than anyone here.
It takes guts and experience to start a business these days,
Ken has both.

**** VALE shareholders get nice dividends from the company, good to have a future JV partner like that.****

I remember those times as well Eagle but my opinion is different.

You can't please everyone but you can p.o. everyone. We searched
for gold, we found gold. Some investors didn't like the amount/quality/whatever. Fine, they wanted the quick buck and didn't get it and they got out. We went after copper and found REE's. IMO Ree's are better than copper.
As for clamouring for news I think it is WELL within our rights as stockholders. I've been here since Ken took over <bought my first shares at $.40> Don't get me wrong I'm not bitter I think this company has what it takes for the long haul and I'm in. I however reserve the right to complain about the lack of information which some "may" construe as hiding information. I cannot in all honesty believe that the results aren't in or that the government is THAT bad that the share distribution is that lost. I want this stock <and us> to succeed but I also want some information. Look at the releases...ancient history. Again I LOVE THIS STOCK...but c'mon.
