Reza, thanks for the advice. I've had spasms before but this was a bad one. You nailed the description precisely - clenching pain in the small of the back. Just couldn't move at all for 2 days. Feeling the sweet relief of returning movement now. It makes you appreciate the little things like being able to stand and walk. Stig, you're right about the lack of posters due to market conditions. More things making new lows than new highs. I'm taking a wait and see position for the most part. One thing I'm watching is Abitibi - it has been in a basing channel for a month now. Its trading close to half its cash value and should be due for a break at some point soon. I almost took a run at it this morning but I want to see a bit more confirmation on the technicals.
