How do you know that these convicted felons (securities fraud) own 100 million SFIO shares? I don't doubt this is true considering that they have solicited investors in SFIO (see my previous post for source) but your list would be more convincing with evidence.

As you know, they would be committing an additional felony in holding a 100 million share stale and not disclosing it.

Of course, the fact that securities fraudsters are.behind SFIO is merely circumstancial evidence of this fraud. The lack of the promised Real ecig is the smoking gun.

Kings Pointe has over 100M shares? Oh really?!
Links? Source? Evidence?
We all appreciate the information if it is accurate but I question how you know this as it seems like insider information. We just got an official filing the other day by the company showing the share count and who are the beneficial owners. The filing only listed T.S as having 70M shares and the new investor relations employee, George as having 100K shares so what are you talking about?
Even if this group owned 100M shares, so what? Are you insinuating that THEY are the insiders who have been selling shares in recent months causing the price drop? Ok
I was just guessing that the insider who was selling at any price was Wilbrink because he resigned in Sept. and then since the Oct '10 filing the shares have been hit by what looked to be insider selling up until recently, which BTW I would not label as a 'diluter', no dilution took place, only the selling of restricted stock.
Can you please share the source of your information, that Kings Pointe Captial owns 100M shares or did at some point with the rest of us investors? Thanks. If not, then I guess we will just have to file your post away with the rest of the guesswork and speculative allegations which we investors have seen by posters here for a while now....
