Uhmm,,, did we just have a lapse of reasoning... I said he lied about my conversation with him. All else is up to your own interpretation. I am not accusing anyone of lieing other than my conversation being denied.

One thing he did say on Day One over a year ago was that he did not intend to issue more shares .. AND HE DID !! He gave himself and his brother that obscene amount of new shares.
