I do agree with you that it is strange that the current value of BMOD is so low compare to other biotech.
However, I still have some issues with the "timing" of some PR. Why someone would state that accuracy might be as high as 100%and then come to a final phase II showing "only" 81%. I only wish that they will republish their phase II result with the revised reading system to show how accurate it might be using data gathered during that phase II.

And RM, one probable reason for the price to be so low is the lack of business/banker support buying new shave at a set price setting a minimum or a baseline price. From there, common traders would see engagement in the business and then go for it increasing price

Total PSA is an extremely sensitive test (if the PSA is higher than 4), however more sensitive tests result in more false positives. Lowering the PSA cut-off to less than 4 will increase the sensitivity but decrease the specificity. A sensitivity of 86%, specificity of 33%, and positive predictive value of 41% have been identified for PSA levels higher than 4.0.
