All we can do is hope. I think that management is a bit to scientifically oriented. They need someone who is more business oriented,... someone who can 'Get Er Done',... someone who can close a business deal,... someone who can actually get us a multi-million dollar government subsidy and not just the promise of one,... somone who can convince the Gate's/Buffet's of this world to invest in us,... someone who can get us into CLINICAL trials with the easiest drug and the least scientifically challenging one.
One who can convince the brilliant scientific minds of the company to make realistic goals and then to achieve those goals.
