They should have done it by creating more voting shares only .. Prefereds. That internal quasi dipping into the Treasury is ABSOLUTELY IMPOSSIBLE to do in the Canadian junior exploration companies. When I learned the obscene amount I was SHOCKED !!!!!

Eagle777 ..... Agree, any CPA or Lawyers
would recommand maintaining control for his/her own company.
By doing that,
hostile-take-over from adversaries can be prevented.
Many big companies do that.
Ken did the right thing.
KATX can move forward smoothly.
