Ken could provide news that there is an NDA in place without revealing who it is with and without divulging which property is involved.

I'll tell exactly why I don't think he'll do that.

If he does provide news that there is an NDA in place, and then the deal does not go through or it takes longer to unfold, he will get the most vile vomit spewed at him by some people. He'll be called a liar. Many will accuse him day and night how it was all phony and just an attempt to pump the stock and he's a crook. And on and on. He would have to be insane to set himself up for more of the same treatment!
