I am going on the assumption that Claude and Gene are still connected through IWS, maybe more.

If, IWS does not install the systems themselves but, contracts it out. Wouldn't $1.4 mil. be a pretty good year? Seeing how there are only 3 people working there.

Did IWS engulf Fluid Dynamics? I have tried too email them and have had no response.


RCCH is a holding company. They supply capital and management for smaller companies. In return they receive a percent of the company or, they totally take control. Is there any reason not to assume that Claude Smith has repurchased some of his own company. RCCH I would assume, has retained a percentage. I would also speculate that RCCH retains the rights too the systems.

Problem I believe is all the references are older projects. That money is long gone. It does mention new business but until PR'd and confirmed that has little meaning but at least is it something to put hope in.
