Do you honest believe that LEHGQ will get paid before LEHKQ,LEHLQ, LHHMQ, LEHNQ (Capital Trust Shares) which are shares of debt, vs. LEHGQ which are in the congo line for payout at the very same level as all the other regular preferred shares?
Since those CT's are much higher on the food chain why buy the G's, which are inferior?
LEHGQ has no representation in the bankruptcy court, but the CT shares are represented by the Bank of New York Mellon as their trustee.
As for dividends, they have been suspended for all classes with the filing of the Lehman bankruptcy, including all the CT's. How can you talk dividends now as to any class?
