LEI-Just some context here for this one: They are in Houston and I have spoken to them a couple of times. they are VERY bizzy and in one of THE hottest O&G areas in the entire South. Recent article in the Houston Chronicle about the area-HOT. LEI has the former mayor of Houston Fred Hofeinz as COB and his father Judge Roy Hofeinz built the frickin Astrodome in houston in like 68. IOW- BIG money involved here... My Dad has been in the Oil & Gas in this area all his life and those names are huge. These guys are well connected
