Sorry, I just had to get this off my chest.

I understand completely and there is nothing to be sorry for. Im glad to see you vent and get things off your chest. Its healthy is it not? We both know that God expects us to live as Godly as we can, but i dont believe that means for us to stick our heads in the sand as believers and just take it!

Yes the world is going to hell in a hand basket. Ole man satan has a tight grip on MOST of the world and as we know from scripture he dont plan on letting go any time soon. I really believe that we are limited at what we can do. Yes we can pray, yes we can take a stand in Jesus name, but we know from what the Bible tells us, it really isnt going to get better and Bible prophecy will play out right until the "End Times".

Im with you, i have said it for a long while here. I just dont watch much TV for the very reason you stated...most of it is fifth / ungodly. I have enough stuff thrown at me by satan and the world without inviting it into my home via the television. Same with reading the newspaper or watching the news. I have no time for it, to me its the same Ole stuff each and every day, its just different people in different place, but the same Ole stuff. Now, i do keep up with what i feel important by a couple believer websites and by issues brought to my attention thru certain online ministries. However to sit and read and watch all the satan loving stuff on the TV and newspapers and news...im not going to ruin my day with it!

OK...i guess i really started to get wound up...LOL...thats so unlike me!...(smile). So, dont be sorry happydog, be happy that God has givin us the ability of discernment thru the Holy Spirit and we are also man and woman enough to take a stand in Jesus name!
