On April 15th we're still not going to know if TEVA has infringed the patents, just what MNTA's assertions are.

How can MNTA possible know what TEVA has infringed upon, except by assumption?

I think Dew's analysis makes the most sense - if TEVA knows they haven't infringed (and that they have more than a snowball's chances in Hades of prevailing), they would want to get things started ASAP.

On April 15th, I expect MNTA to say that TEVA has infringed ALL their patents - do you expect differently? Unless MNTA has someone on the inside, what else could they assert?

I think the 2013 date and TEVA's silence speaks volumes.
