Incidentally, World Health statistics are collected on the

"Honor system" and are only as accurate as the

governments involved. Moreover, most countries have

their own definitions for the terms used by the WHO.

For example, ... INFANT MORTALITY ... has more than

10 definitions within the 27 countries of the EU. The

USA has one of the broadest definitions for INFANT

MORTALITY, so you would expect the USA to report

a high number in this category.
