Negative transitory statements centered around the character of an individual, especially on a public forum, can be considered libelous. I would tread carefully. In saying that, I do not necessarily disagree with your sentiment but I acknowledge there isn't sufficient evidence to prove or defend it in a court of law.
All this BS means nothing. Troy is responsible for all the dilution and he has no one to blame but himself. The fact that he even reads these boards should speak volumes to everyone.
