low float, a few investors will make huge diffence here

ive been comparing cata with katx cuz they both started from 0.05 back last spring.. (only cata didnt really start at that time) Still,
cata got very low float vs. katx.. so yes, CATA will fly to 0.50!!

ps. next PR should state again what is current float and that no SS changing.. that will help investor's confidence!
