Jumped into this - that's a VERY positive sign. It's likely there is a MATERIAL significant event that management does not want to release financials until the event is finalized. So, not only is there probably a deal in the works, but management is taking a conservative path in making sure they have dotted their "i's" and crossed their "t's". Last post. GL.
