The R/M wasn't made public until monday, the 28th. And no it's not factored in by a long shot, the company thats merging is worth somewhere around 10+ million and they are growing fast.
Also, not many people know about this, very few in fact, once the PR hits the newswires this will be blown wide open.
Thats the reason there was some smart folks taking profits today. Nothing will change, Maybe a small temporary pop on momentum, but they'll be plenty of people ready to sell to bring it back down. Just imo.
Im riding free shares now, so hoping to sell at the top of the pop. Much easier to sell a few shares than thousands of them up there.
