Yes, and an EXTENSION is a time table -- you don't need an "excuse" for filing an EXTENSION which is a routine allowable extenion that hundreds of listed companies on the NYSE and NASDAQ do and never does any analyst even make a comment nor bat an eye unless the company is truly late and doesn't file within the extension period.
