Significant and consistent dilution, along with a gagged TA. Don't know what else you need really.

Claims to have resources far beyond industry standards are only another red flag. If they indeed have such a high concentration of resources, and this was proven so long ago, there is no reason why a major industry player has not bought the property long, long ago. Additionally, if the future of the PPS is such a lock, there is no reason for the company to dilute at these levels. And please, don't say financing, because there are plenty of other ways to finance a company without destroying shareholder confidence.
