Excellent article ! Thanks for posting it! Not to mention all the money JBII is pounding through restating filings and changing auditors . That article gives a possible reason for JBII's apparent problem with their audits .
If you actually read the article, it's about DELIQUENT filings, not companies that file a routine extension.
It talks about the automatic delisting from the NASDAQ -- NASDAQ doesn't delist for filing an extension -- LOL!!! The penalty for filing a routine extension is equal to the penalty for buying a cup of coffee at Starbucks.
