Unfortunately, I do not enjoy reading this board or watching the action of the stock at all. There are far too many outrageous claims, and very little to show for it.
The research I have done shows consistent dilution of the stock. Do not be surprised if there is no filings today as promised. I seem to remember DGRI gagging their TA, only to follow up saying they will release SS information on their own each month on the 15th, and then not releasing that information for quite some time. When they finally did it showed the OS has increased significantly.
I will not waste my time doing any more research on the fundamentals of this company. If you cannot answer my question directly, that is not a problem. However, you should not claim that your deflection telling me to do more research is a valid answer to my question. It doesn't matter how much "legwork" you have spent here, telling me to go back and figure it out myself only means you do not have an answer to my question.
