It's due today. They could file it after the bell, but I think most expect an extension to be filed. I think they filed the extension with an hour left to trade last time.

Will be late....they just changed accountants....BUT....being late is no big deal....lots if not most companies file late...to use all the time they have available to prepare the filings........z
