No it is not and it takes about 2 seconds to see the stock is not naked shorted. There is only evidence that there is no naked shorting. Perhaps you should try and provide some evidence for your facts? Lies from penny stock promoters and ex-penny stock CEOs hired to push this scam do not count as facts. Numbers from FINRA do though.....
