txag92, Unless we get specific information from KATX on the matter, we are simply left to speculate about what is going on and why. I am only pointing out what "could be" and not "what is" happening. Anyone's speculation is just as good as any others speculation for now.
I would prefer to have specific information on which to invest and make decisions. We simply do not have that at this point.
It has been this way for a long time and discussed intermittently on this board every month or so when someone gets excited. Hence, I'm sure that the company is aware of this, including the attorneys and auditors, so it seems to be a non-issue and of no consequence.
