I thought that may be the case. I do not think I will call the broker because I do not wish to have the stock halted. There is a very clear answer to this problem. NITE could raise his bid and cover some of the millions he is short and ask the people he has been stealing from to sell. It's a case of the old chicken and the egg. Will he raise the bid or will he wait for people who truly wish to buy this stock at any price to raise theirs.
I don't think NITE wants the SEC in on this anymore than I do but at this point, after being relieved of all my money, I am a very poor man and would welcome three hots and a cot. LOL
