The problem is, that's like betting my broken clock will be right twice a day. Let's see what happens with the price over the next few days and weeks before calling a "perfect play". Last time it got to a low of $.003 (about 4 months ago), then it reverse split 1:15 and went back down to $.0012. There are enough pinkies below $.001 to say that $.001x is not always a buying opportunity.
