Just curious why you haven't sold yet. If you really believe that this is a scam, then I would hope you wouldn't be wasting your time or money on it. Why don't you send your audited financials to Ken and let him comment on the differences in your audit compared to his. That would be interesting.
Unfortunately, all of us that bought a ride on this roller coaster expected it to be a bit more exciting sooner than this, but there are plenty of exits if you don't have the stomach for the ride.
It's pretty simple...stay in and deal with the boredom and silence of the flat ride until something happens, or get out and don't look back. Bashing people for incompetence when you have no idea what they are really doing is not civil and is also fairly ignorant.
