I think if we polled all the real estate agents in Coos county there would only be one to argue the point that more jobs equal a better housing market. The Laidlaw power plant will also be a draw for companies to move to the adjacent industrial park. The proud City of Berlin may be on the verge of a rebirth and still the lonely few fear change.
