9:30am to 10:30am is what I would call "amateur hour". I try not to buy or sell during the first hour and that rule generally stands me in good stead. Let's see what happens as the day progresses.
Yea, my opinion is the stampede is over. I'm not concerned nor exited with these sharp short term fluctuations on the pps neither downward nor upward, respectively. My focus is on whether CPOW is solid and moving forward.
