The changes that Laidlaw is going to the SEC on are changes that make the proposal even more likely to be approved by the PUC. This is even more likely to be passed now then it was 2 weeks earlier. Every day that goes by we get closer and closer...the tides have been turning for months now and the day is soon coming for the dam to break!

Speaking of population ...

Coos County, which includes Berlin, Gorham, etc. and covers roughly the top 1/3rd of the state, has had DECLINING populations in each of the last SIX decades as supported by census data. I believe every other county in the state has had INCREASING populations in EACH of those decades. The exception might be Grafton, but I don't think so.

Interestingly, NH was just reported as the fastest growing state in New England from 2000-2010.

Berlin was the 4th largest city in the early 1900s and is no longer in the top 20!

I could go on ... but you get the idea. I think the PUC and SEC gets it also.
