This company is very very early stage...they've only done a bit of work...and thus are way overvalued. They have zero cash, and no assets. The 0/S may be 90 million shares, as stated in the 10-Q, not what is written in the i-box.
Of note is the factoid that no Au has been produced in Az since 2002, though that could change.
I won't be surprised one bit if this is trading between 1 and 10 in a year......
