You're correct, there are very few differences. The major thing is that individuals can only deal with the laws after they are written, whereas many corporations have their fingers involved as they are written.

Over the last 30 years or so, our business schools stopped teaching us how to create money and instead they taught us how to accumulate and manage it instead.

Ethically no different if they use the same loopholes with the explicit purpose of shielding income and/or receiving undue breaks

Do you think a corporation who didn't take all the tax breaks to which it were entitled could be successfully sued by its shareholders?
