So they are actually being VERY conservative and responsible in their accounting practices. I LIKE THAT! They're expensing the consultant shares in anticipation of them becoming free trading. They're depreciating the 1,000 MU plot of land in Inner Mongolia in one fell swoop. They are cleaning up their balance sheet and cash flow statements, so that going forward it's clear sailing. To me that speaks volumes about their integrity as a stockholder-friendly company. The stock price probably won't do much in the short term (except go down), but in the long term I still firmly believe this is going to be a solid investment. I'm still optimistic long term.
