I'm kind of in the same boat... need to spend more time looking at it. I'd like to get a few things clarified with management as well. If you disregard the one time impairment charge of $6,762,659, then their operating expenses are $18,495,276. Then that puts their income from operations at $21,285,143, which is an 18% gain year/year. Not bad at all. I'd like some clarification over the consultant fees, because these may not be recurring as well. So all-in-all, not bad, but I'd like to see some additional feedback from management soon. From a revenue/gross profit standpoint, it was a GREAT year. I expect we'll hear an update on a potential uplisting soon as well.
