I can't understand why some people are selling their shares for less than 0,007 per share now while U.S. News Company has increased its offer to purchase 10 million shares of HNSS common stock to $.0115 per share ???

The company should not address these questions. It is US News Corp who is buying. It is their decision and theirs alone. HNSS made the offer to US News Corp and now we wait for further press releases. HNSS has absolutely no control of US News Corps buyback actions.
