So let me get this right.

You are saying that Carl knows that a patent actualy exists and who holds it?

Apparently there are things we do not know and do not have the resources to find out about the relationship between China Gate and the original licensor. To say that ALL Carl knows about the license is in the filings is absurd.

What is missing? Be specific please.

We know there is no patent, since China does not give patents for plants.....read 4's post. It also stands to reason the inventor would have given ALL patent info to China Gate and any other party seeking a license agreement.

We know because ALL INFO was requested by the SEC about the license agreement, except price. Public companies must disclose especially during a REGISTRATION! VGREF isn't any different.

What specifically would you like to know? It can be answered by reading through the registration.
