Only Petro America shareholders continue to think that they are shareholders. It has been determined that Petro America shares were improperly registered, sold to people who were not sophisticated investors, sold in amounts in excess of what was allowed if properly registered, and continued to be sold after cease and desist orders said they could not.
Most people that are victims of this scam have realized this already. IMO anyone claiming to represent Petro America and telling people that it will trade eventually should understand the implications and possible consequences of doing so.
