As for an education, try the US Gov't web site and/or search INDEPENDENT web sites - unless of course you only want info that agrees with what you already believe, which is exactly what you found on Heritage Foundation's web site. The Wash Post had an excellent overview of the new healthcare law - don't know if it's still avail, but it was excellent...and no, it wasn't bias reporting - just very informative.
