This goes back to 2003 and before, and yes, George was at the helm.

Nothing that they promised ever happened. Then again, I didn't really fault the Company, although they were not very business savvy, but rather the P&D hypsters that preyed upon Internet speculators, pretending to have the inside track.

I think their business model, while promising early on, never materialized.

I really came across this board by chance and could not believe that people were still hyping this stock. I am surprised the ICOA is still alive.
