They WARN people against penny stocks

Indeed they do and have been since 2004. I'm unsure how people who chose to ignore their warning can then turn around and complain about them. It's kinda like walking up to someones fenced in yard that has "beware of dog" signs posted all around it, opening the gate and entering the yard, getting bit by the dog, then wanting to sue the owner.
