Too easy. Of course, you full well know the scenario. But just in case you may have forgotten a detail or two, here you go.
When HG took over as CEO in 2006, the O/S was @71M and the share price was @0.17. In a little over two years time, he incrementally kept raising the A/S and every time he immediately began selling shares until the O/S was 1.2B and the share price was 0.0001 with no-bid.
So what did he then do? A 50,000 to one reverse split which brought the share price to 5.00. The A/S was 100M and the O/S 17,800. What has he done since? Surprise! He has incrementally raised the A/S to 750M with an O/S that was over 500M back in November. And you want to believe that after he raised the A/S from 600M to 750M back in February - and never mentioned it in the March fluffdate - that he hasn't been selling shares. Yah, right.
Oh, and as you also well know, the current share price of 0.001 is down 99.998% from the post R/S split high.
If I had to guess, I'd say the current O/S if pushing 750M and HG is getting ready for the next increase in the A/S.
To conclude, every time in the past that HG raised the A/S, he subsequently maxed out that A/S. Why would you believe he not doing it now?
