If your intent was never to sell a product in the first place and only sell shares in the first place what does in matter.

Can't sue someone for IP rights unless they made money off your product by actually selling it..

Heck because Carl called it GKG they can't even sue for damaging the name because they likely called it something else..


For all we know this party may have already found out about the logs and sent them a cease and desist letter and that's why the logs dropped off the radar... heck maybe even DP and Ruba who knows.... and who's fault is it that people would think it...Maybe Carl because he treart his shareholders like mushrooms...LOL
