It seems someone from the Yahoo, CPOW msg. board has looked into these links going out from this site and were not aware they were on them. Seems these downwind sites say they will pursue legal action against Surf.

I think getting Montana online asap will be key, still, to getting CPOW moving forward, greater increase in revenue through more output. The company has an advantage on an earlier fire-up date than July. As required by agreement, they had to retain Great Plains 2 plant foremen and access to employee list. No training required. Move in, start it up. Of course it probably won't go that easy.
