Yes, VA's AG Cuccinelli wants to silence a UVA prof regarding his climate change research by ordering the prof hand over all his research/tools, claiming inasmuch as UVA is a State institution everything the prof used to aid in his research, i.e. computer, paper, research facilities, periodicals, etc., is owned by the State...the message is clear - challenge teabagger pols at your own peril. History reminds us Adolf Hitler also silenced everyone who disagreed with him.
