Don't get me wrong, accurately completing the disclosure form in and of its self is a task worthy of an award but the bigger story of course is the fact that HNSS is listing it's stock internationally and therefore must become fully reporting.
There is only one reason one would go through the work and expense of completing a full disclosure. The company is ready to do business on a bigger scale.
