Maybe you should reword your statement about the O/S has gone up, less you can prove that it has happen because it has not been update since August 31, and the first reduction was not done till October. So again please so me your proof that the O/S has went up but I believe you will not get the proof less you know INSIDER INFORMATION. If it was out to see I believe the otcmarket would up date their website like they do everyday.
