Have to wait to see 024 data, both survival benefit and safety profile to make judgement. If 10mg/kg shows better efficacy with similar safety profile, I would say 10mg/kg will be used, maybe dose reduction to 3mg/kg for patients with lower tolerability. But difficult to say without seeing 024 data.
Depends on reimbursement. If BMY sells the 10mg for the same price as the 3mg ($120,000 for typical course), then docs will use whatever dose gets them to the autoimmune side effects. But if a 3mg average course is $120K and a 10mg course is $360K, no way.
