Josh does not have a lawyer. The qasp lawyer was hired/Paid for by Joe C. They never made any REAL moves until Joe C stuck his head back in here.
My guess is Josh and all were ready to do this megerand get out but Deano Called his boy Joe, they threw a bunch of non sense at the wall to stop this. That did not work, then Joe actually forked over some $$ to try to add legitimacy to these claims with a lawyer. A few threats to Josh about his culpability in past moves made him quake in his boots.
Jeff did not quake. He stood firm, admitted to his small roll in a debt wrap and said bring it!
Josh has said nothing!
This has gotten too expensive and potentially damaging to Centa. If Jeff can't pull a rabbit out of his hat soon, Centa gets a clean shell and moves on.
Jeff has one, I believe. I read something on here about it. Who knows?
