You conveniently leave out Parts. Here is the whole post.
I underlined the important part. He said WE, as in Centacom, are ready to merge on the call last week. That was what gave me the impression this merger was on rocky ground.
I believe fair settlements have been offered to Joe C, Dean, etc...and rejected!
Read between the lines.

Mar 25, 2011 Status of Merger with Quasar and Centaflix

Centaflix has received, via our attorneys, an update that Quasar Aerospace Industries, Inc. has voted to deny the merger with Centaflix Corporation. It is clear to us, that they do not have the best interest of the Quasar shareholders in mind at any period of their decision making process.

This update is shocking and it only leads us to doubt the highly questionable motives of those at Quasar making these decisions; said motives are even further doubted, when considered, the total body of information we have found through our due diligence. The actions of Quasar, Dean Bradley and Joe Canouse give cause for great alarm when one considers what their intentions may be.

Henceforth, our legal team are weighing our options and will respond accordingly to this action.

Centaflix Corporations first priority has been to merge with Quasar, in order to bring value to all shareholders and good business practices moving forward. We support the actions of the CEO Jeff DiGenova and encourage the shareholders to take action on their own behalf. Centaflix Corporation will support all, to achieve their goals for the good of the company and it's shareholders moving forward. We will be releasing a press release with more information as soon as possible.
